She has also participated in several national and European networks (such as the EC Network of Experts on the Situation of Women in the Labour Market and the EC LEI \u2013 Local Employment Initiatives for Women Network). <\/p>\n<p>She has been assuming the coordination role of the national research team acting as a member of the Network of European Correspondents of the European Observatory of Working Life \u2013 EurWORK and of the European Monitoring Centre on Change &#8211; EMCC, promoted by Eurofound \u2013 European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions. She has also coordinated the CESIS\u2019 research team acting as National Focal Point of the FRA &#8211; EU Agency for Fundamental Rights.<br \/>\nShe was responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the project EGERA &#8211; Effective Gender Equality in Research and in Academia. She has also co-coordinated the technical evaluation of the applications to several editions of the Equality is Quality Award (Pr\u00e9mio Igualdade \u00e9 Qualidade).<\/p>\n<p>She is a trainer and a teacher in several post-graduate courses focusing on gender equality. <\/p>\n<p>Helo\u00edsa is a member of the Management Committee of the Cost Action IS1409: Gender and Health Impacts of Policies Extending Working Life in Western Countries. She is a consultant of the iGen &#8211; F\u00f3rum Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es para a Igualdade (Organisations for Equality Forum). She has participated in the development of gender audits and the design of action plans for gender equality in companies and in municipalities. She has cooperated as a gender equality expert with the national equality bodies as well as with other national and European agencies, such as the EIGE \u2013 European Institute for Gender Equality.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
