Mariana Pinheiro
Mariana Pinheiro is a member of the “Women on Corporate Boards: an integrative approach (WoB)”, project, funded by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, developed by the Research Center in Economic Sociology and Organizations (SOCIUS), under the coordination of Professor Sara Falcão Casaca. Graduate Degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC). Master´s Degree in Human Resources Management, ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon (ISEG-ULisboa). As part of her Master programme Mariana has developed her thesis on the topic: “Policies and Practices Promoting Gender Equality in Organizations – The Effect of Public Recognition”.
