Nuno Paço holds a Research Fellowship funded by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia to participate in the research project Women on Corporate Boards: an integrative approach (WoB), developed by the Research Center in Economic Sociology and Organizations (SOCIUS), under the coordination of Professor Sara Falcão Casaca. He holds a degree in Public Administration from the Instituto Superior de Ciências Social e Políticas, Universidade de Lisboa (ISCSP-ULisboa) and Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon (ISEG-ULisboa ). He developed a master’s thesis with the theme “Balance representation between women and men in the governing bodies of listed companies: the influence of strategic corporate commitment”.
